TRACKER TWIN

The Tracker Twin is the first tracker dual-row using HOMOKINETIC TECHNOLOGY, which allows a full adjustment to the grounds, decreasing civil works and taking advantage of the layout.

The Twin double row tracker uses the homokinetic drive as a key element. This solution allows both rows to work in perfect coordination but without the worry of keeping them aligned and exactly parallel to each other.

American steel and fabricated torque tube's and foundations can be provided upon request.

WHAT THE TRACKER TWIN OFFERS

Greater Stability Against Dynamic Effects – Methodology for obtaining design loads based on wind tunnel and developed in collaboration with CPP. Project-specific static and dynamic structural analysis. Stow position at 45º to maximize strength and ensure no dynamic effects.

Advanced Structural Calculation Methodology – Digital recreation of the behavior of structures. Static analysis by structural calculations based on the second-order method and imperfections (due to manufacturing tolerances, installation, etc.). Analysis of natural frequencies and instability modes.

Improved Installation Times – The torque tube section facilitates and improves installation times and ensures correct alignment of the modules

Greater Resistance – 100% of the joints are made with high-strength structural fasteners

Electrical Equipotentiality Guaranteed – Design adapted to guarantee electrical equipotentiality by means of elements that ensure conductivity through the structure. Avoids the appearance of corrosion by galvanic couple.
